"Antique documents"This beautiful antique document was issued by the Connecticut county of Middlesex in 1819. The document is a legal writ requiring the defendant, Minor Hotchkiss, to produce property to satisfy a legal judgment. It is signed by the Justice of the Peace for Middlesex County, CT.This legal document, dated 24th July 1819, is custom framed, ready to hang for display or inclusion in your collection of legal documents. Its frame is gold and the matte is a dark gray green suitable for virtually any decor. This beautiful piece of antique Americana measures approximately 12 by 18 inches. The document itself is in excellent condition with the fold marks one would expect on a legal writ. This is an exceptional piece of "campaign literature" from the 1936 election. It contains statistics on bank failures between 1912 and 1936 emphasizing that during the New Deal Roosevelt administration bank failures had fallen dramatically. This is a rare piece of political memorabilia from a former age. The piece of political memorabilia has been custom framed and matted, ready to hang, as part of your collection of antique paper, antique documents, or political memorabilia. The condition is very good. There are no tears or chips, but the piece was once folded. There are slight discolorations on two of the folds. The matte is a blue gray that blends with any decor. It is 13 inches by 16 inches framed.

This antique document is a report from the deputy jailor of Middletown, CT concerning "licenses" for the month of January, 1883. The piece is hand written on Jail Office stationery. It is in excellent condition. The recipients have done some calculations in pencil on the margins. This interesting piece of Americana measures 11x13. It is custom framed in a gold frame with gray blue matte that blends with any decor. One of a Kind has an extensive collection of antique documents on political, legal, and other subjects from the seventeen, eighteen, and nineteen hundreds.

Wonderful woodland landscape oil on canvas with great light coming through the trees. Excellent use of color. This antique oil painting measures 18 inches by 28 inches. The original gold leaf over wood frame measures 28 inches by 38 inches. Fine condition.

African art, tribal mask,"African mask" Ivory Coast Senufu baboon mask c1945. This a wonderful rare example a Senufu tribal mask. This African mask measures 15 inches high and 9 inches wide. There is a piece missing on the back rim which is very typical for this period of mask. PROVENANCE,This tribal mask was consigned to us by a professor of political science at an eastern ivy league university. He acquired this piece while on assignment in Africa during the 1940s.
