Pair of French 17th century tall hand wrought andirons. This pair of andirons has hooks that can be moved from front to back. The hooks were made to hold rods that held pots of food. They could be adjusted to increase or decrease heat. Each andiron measures 32 inches high by 23 inches deep and 7 and one half inches wide. |
